Oscar is coming to us from a local shelter where he was picked up as a stray.  He has no history that we know of with cats or kids.  He is fine with other dogs, and loves everyone he meets.  As you can see, he is a very handsome boy.  He is equally sweet too!  He has had some warts removed so he is missing some fur on his back.  The staples just came out today.  He also has been recently neutered..
