Needs a home where someone is home more often than not

For more information on these dogs please read bio below.

6/23 Romeo is the perfect gentlemen. He has settled in just like one of the family. Last week we communicated to him. He is a little confused about his life.  He sees no humans that he knows and wonders if he will ever go back.   The communicator told him what was going to be
happening with him.  He knows that this probably not his final  home but he would like if it was.  He also said in his past he was left alone
much to often and for long periods of time. He was very lonely. He destroyed a kitchen floor trying to get out of the house.  I don't know if any of this is true but that's what I was told.   Now I have been leaving him for short periods of time and he seems to be doing fine with it.  He feels very secure with Zoe.  He has had no accidents in the house.  He should probably never be placed with a cat.  He thinks its a fun thing to chase ours.  He told the communicator that he won't hurt her but its fun. Romeo loves to play he always has a ball or some toy in his mouth ready to fetch at moments notice.  Zoe and Romeo have tug-a-matches all the time.   The only true problem I can see is his fear of thunder. He shakes and cries if I can't sit down and hold him.  I would never leave him if I knew there was a possibility of a storm.  I was told to try an herb that would relax him during storms.  I do plan on trying it but haven't had a chance to get to a store. He loves to go in the car. He does try to get in the car when he's not leaving but I am. We are working on that but its not going so good. I usually give in and take him. All in all, this week was great!

6/11 He does follow me around everywhere. He did pee in the house 1 time on the first day. When he wants out he just cries at the door.  He really doesn't nap at all during the day he's very busy he sleeps great at night.  He is deathly afraid of thunder he tries to become a lap dog that's not so fun although cute. I did leave him yesterday to walk to the bus stop it was just to hot to walk them.  He was excited to see me when I got back but I have not found anything destroyed or wet. Today was the first day the dogs played before today the never interacted they ran around like crazy nuts chasing each other.  We will take some pictures and send them soon.

6/9 Romeo is doing great. He is very well behaved and listens to all the commands I have asked. He went right to bed last night and slept all night.  My boxer Zoe is driving him crazy she keeps getting in his face and barks at him, he's really nice to her and for the most part seems happy. I'll give him a week to adjust then will start working on leaving him alone for 5 to 10 min. at a time. Unfortunately someone is always here. He does like the horses.  He did chase the cat up a tree but that could be because she ran he must of scared her.  He did try to chase geese but they started squawking and he got scared.   More to follow as he settles in.

Romeo is a very handsome male boxer.  Good with kids and other dogs. Romeo has separation anxiety and needs a home where someone is home most of the day and is also willing to work with this condition.  Living with another dog may help alleviate some of this anxiety.
