Tritan - Female Boxer
Requirements for this dog:

Good with other dogs

For more information on this dog read her bio below.

12/6 Tritan had a wonderful Thanksgiving, she is very thankful that she has a foster family that loves her so much. She did get a few pieces of Turkey but other than that we have been pretty strict with her diet, she still has a few pounds to loose. She continues to amaze me with how playful she is.... she loves to play with the 8 month old Dane puppy and she sure does give her a run for her money. Her cat socialization is improving, the cats both come down stairs know which tells me that they are not afraid of her. I'm not sure I trust her 100% yet but we are getting there. Her favorite trick is to speak which she will do anytime you ask her to, she usually has a lot to say...lol

She can be left with the run of the house as long as you  hide the trash - she especially loves fresh coffee grinds. I moved her bed downstairs into my daughters room and she  loves being with my other boxer. The two of them snore loud  enough to wake the neighbors. She is a wonderful protector,  she will go to the door on full alert until I tell her  it's OK.   For Christmas her only wish is to have her forever home.

11/3 Tritan has completely adjusted to her new foster family, she loves all of her dog siblings and is an absolute snuggler when it comes to my roommate and I, she climbs up in your lap every night and with her back legs still on the ground falls asleep!!  Her curiosity with the cats seems to be diminishing - as long as they stay upstairs. She sleeps in her dog bed every night, although I think if she could get up on to my bed without so much trouble - she would.  She has so much energy it is amazing, she plays with the dogs as if she were 1/2 the age she is, she likes to rough house with us as well. She got to meet the whole family on Saturday and she was absolutely wonderful with everyone, my sister commented it is as if she has lived with me her whole life.  Tritan did a great job letting us know when kids were at the door on Halloween, she was the first one to the door every time..... lol.

10/15 Things are wonderful with Tritan, she is such a sweetheart. She already has the whole household schedule down pat!! She is very overweight and I have already switched her to a reduced diet food.  She definitely has something going on with her back legs, she is very stiff when she gets up and has a lot of trouble putting weight on them, my guess is arthritis and the extra weight cannot help either. Even with all her "issues" she is the sweetest girl, she loves to "hug" and she gives the gentlest kisses. She gets along with all the other dogs, she especially loves my great Dane pup, they play together all the time. She loves the kids; I'm not really sure she likes cats....? Her owner said she had a cat but I don't like the way she reacts to even seeing my cats. I will let you know if this improves over time.  She sleeps upstairs in my room in a dog bed, and let me tell you boy!! Can she snore..... LOL

Tritan is super sweet.  She gets along with all dogs, cats and kids.  She has a very sweet disposition. She is healthy, playful and active. Tirtan's owners are moving and cannot take her with them so she needs to come into foster care ASAP.
