What is an Awareness Event anyway?

Our rescue organization is dedicated to rescuing boxers in need.  We provide foster homes, rescue education, adoption information, and much more to Boxers, Boxer Lovers, and also to those who can no longer care for their dogs.  We are committed to telling their story, by educating the public on rescue programs and raising awareness of the boxer breed.   Each year there are thousands of boxers that are dropped off at shelters, neglected, abused and euthanized; a large part of this is because the public is not educated on the resources that are available to them.   Part of our program is devoted to raising awareness among the public by holding in-store events at local pet stores and retailers.   Please help us spread the word.  Together we can make a difference.
