January 2001: Jade is a wonderful dog, and she is so happy.  We have had a very full year together, she has brought so much to our lives.  My favorite thing that Jade does is she gives both me and my husband our own special time.  In the morning when we get up she sits by the bathroom door waiting for me to get out of the shower to say good morning to me and then she runs downstairs to go for a walk with Daddy.  Its like she wants to let us know that she has no favorites, she loves us both the same (who's the adult in this family!).  Jade loves to swim, which scares me when she goes out to far but she does come back to shore to give me kisses (as to say its okay Mommy I am a great swimmer).   We have had such a wonderful year and as always thank you Sue and Penny for such a great match, Jade is perfect for us!

Just a quick note along with pictures to let you know Jade is doing great. Scott and I can not imagine life without her. I have never met a more obedient dog in all of my life. All Jade wants to do is play and please us! We have so much fun with her. As you can tell, Jade has fit right into our home. Her and Shaq (our cat) are best of friends and they love giving kisses to each other. There is no doubt in our minds that she is the perfect match for us. Thank you very much for making her a part of our lives.

We have been bringing her to the State Park and she loves to run in the snow! We will be in touch and I hope you enjoy the pictures. Jade wanted me to say hello to Sue (Jade's foster Mom) and her family and thank them again for letting her stay with them.
